Christina's voice:
Warmables can be used hot or cold they are sustainable by nature which is a plus in my book.  Inside the terry cloth pouch i received is filled with cherry puts. They are actually a side product of cherry pies and preserves. They are clean and dried gently before getting ready to be made into Hot'n cold packs. My fiance gets lots of headaches here lately, i dont know if its the heat or his eyes. When he got his last migraine i had this hot'n cold warmable ready for him to try. I stuck it in the microwave for 30 seconds, just enough to make it really warm and laid it on his head. He said it really did help, he was surprised on how long it stayed warm to. This product can also be used to stay cool, Say you have morning sickness or a stomach virus going around and you can't keep you head out the toilet. You can wet this warmable and stick it in your freezer bring it out later and lay it on your forehead. I really love my warmable.

ATTENTION READERS: each hot'n cold pack that you order  you  gets a free eucalyptus oil.
AND THE NECK HUGGER SHIPS FOR FREE RIGHT NOW UNTIL THE END OF THE MONTH. !
that adds up to being half price.... <3 ***
