These Pure organic natural bars are really acutally good. Some are sweet but crunchy and are enriched with protein and fiber which is really good for you body. They are individually wrapped. . You can either get them organic or natural bars. I got a mixture of both. i really like the organic ones more than the all natural ones. These are really great to snack on they help me stay track on my diet plan. and best of all very healthy.
