About Mile in His Shoes:
From the director of "Angels In the Outfield" comes an inspiring story about a special boy with an amazing gift, and the coach who believed. Dean Cain and Luke Schroder star in the gmc movie based on the book "The Legend of Mickey Tussler".

Christina's Voice:
I was so excited to sit down and watch this movie once the babies were asleep. This movie was good from the beginning to the end. Its about an Autism(Autism is a developmental disorder that appears in the first 3 years of life, and affects the brain's normal development of social and communication skills.) boy who had a father who mainly wouldn't let him do anything other than work on the farm, which is also where the family lived. One day a pro baseball player happen to run his car into a ditch and ran into the autism boy to borrow a phone to call for help. As he was calling for help, he was watching the boy throw apples in a bucket and hitting them each time with no misses. The bro baseball player was shocked and wanted to talk to this kids father about being on the team. Of course with the young boy never being in large crowds or around allot of people this would all be new to him. But with the his mother's help the father ended up letting him go to try out for the team. The special 18 year old kid didn't take it as easy as most people would with his disorder but he did well. This movie shows you that no matter what type of disorder you have anything is possible, knowing that this movie was based on a true story really was an eye opener. brought tears to my eyes for sure. You will have to watch the whole thing just to see how the ending came out for yourself. but i promise you this movie is worth buying.
