The Smiths were seeking a delicious, healthy beverage in response to the growing wall of sugar based energy and espresso drinks for their members. I love that you can enjoy these drinks hot or cold. All i had to do was add 12oz of water into this shaker 2 scoops of CLICK shake for about 1min. pour over ice for cold or pop it in the microwave for 1 min and half. This espresso Protein Drink is something i have never tried, but fell in love with first sip the mocha and the vanilla latte was very good.
