Original Living Coconut (OLC), formerly known as Natures Juice CoOp was founded in 2007. The company was started after Renee's (founder of OLC) bout with a life threatening illness. After experiencing the benefits of raw coconut cream and other raw foods, it became obvious that we should share this miracle food with everyone.

The Coconut Nectar is a low glycemic sweetener but has more nutritious than Agave. I like the fact that it's 100% organic. It's gluten, GMO and fatfree. I dont taste the coconut at all, but good to know it's made from the nectar. You can spread this over your waffle, or put it in some tea which ever you like.
