These Tom62203 are so easy to use. I rather use these tape runners any day when scrape booking. So much easier than getting out the tape and the actual glue any day if you ask me. The tape runner are refillable for the tombow glue. They are also acid free and your able to use them on pictures ( the back of course) non toxic and i noticed the strong instant blond it puts between the paper to paper. This particular glue has a number of uses, but is especially popular in
