The Advil infant drops are for ages 6-23 months This product is meant to reduce fever,relieve minor pains. This product has ibuprofen 50 mg fever reducer. It is dye-free so don't worry about them spitting it back up, or staining clothes. You will use this product every 6-8 hours depending on your age and weight of your child of course. ( and if they are still running a fever) I have used this product when it first came out, and i was very happy on how fast it worked on my little girl.
