We all know that kids usually ruin your body. I have had two and i can't get rid of my gut for nothing. but then again i never have anything to go by or if i am even going the right about way. This book fitmoms for life has recipes and different ways to excersize to try your best to stay fit. I am acutally still going through this book as we speak but i wanted to let everyone know i have already lost 5pounds just by going by some of the recipes. Dustin even has a workout dvd that i would love to try. because im not a big time cook in the first place.This book really plays a part in my weightloss.
