Christina'sVoice:
My goal is to get in shape, loose some weight and mainly get healthy. I didn't realize how out of shape i am I just did the basic which is pulse yoga volume 1. and man I'm going to have to keep doing that until i move on to level 2 because I'm wore out. I have always heard that you feel really good after a yoga class, don't get me wrong i love doing it. but i wore out. but i already know its because I'm so out of shape. but since i can't have anymore kids and my baby making days are over with mommy is going to get her body back and beauty is not easy. So i will update my readers on my journey as i take this course on improvement.
