Did you know Calories are required by the body to producte energy?

Calories are required by the body to produce the energy to function. Calories are I all foods: Carbohydrate calories, protein calories, and fat calories. Most foods have combination of all three types of calories. The body will use what calories it needs to function, and then
1) stores unused carbs calories
 2) eliminates ( through heat and waste) unused protein calories and unused fat calories.
Counting calorie I an effective way to lose weight if you are minimizing carbohydrates calories, which brings u back to counting carbs and keeping them under 50grams a day,

All green vegetables ( except green peas) have a minimal to no carbs, and they are excellent source of fiber, minerals, and vitamins.
Example of green vegetables: green beans, broccoli ,lettuce,cabbage,  squash, spinach, turnip greens cucumbers celery  ( ahh and so much more the list could go on.)

It has 100 SPF/UPF 50+ that protect you from harmful UV rays that the sun lets out. I also learned that the Greenbeanz are made from recycled coffee grounds that are transformed by a patented process into ect friendly fabric. Which the fabric is also very lightweight and can be worn all year around. You can wash this in your washer on delicate cycle but let it hang out to dry in the sun. This would be a great product for yourself or a family/friend as a gift.

I have fell in love with this type of product, im able to reuse it and wash it if it gets dirty. One is about the cost one box full of sandwich baggy's. At first it may seem like your not saving, but in the long run you really are because you are reusing this product. They are closed with a velcro strip under the flap. They are 100% cotton exterior and are lined with nylon and peva fabric in the inside. They are used like Ziploc bags for food or non food items. These are great for the time away from the house, and i just put them in the diaper bag with some snack filled up, and we are good to go.
