• Aurorae "Synergy" is a Yoga mat towel combination. First thing i noticed was the thickness of the mat. I have seen many of yoga mats, but i have never seen one this thick. The reason its thick (5mm) is because of comfort and ultra absorbent. The non slip grip on the bottom is amazing as well, I would hate to stand up and have to slip in fall over a yoga mat. The length (72" longer)of it was very nice to, most of them just seem so small but this one seems longer than my previous mats. Machine washable. (Do not put in dryer) Retail sale price $69.95

Review: Pulse Yoga with Argie Tang

Argie Ligeros Tang has studied a myriad of yoga styles from some of the great masters. Argie opened the first Yoga College of India for Bikram Choudrury in 1978. She has taught over 15,000 yoga classes and has developed yoga programs for schools, corporations, hospitals and television. Argie became certified as a fitness instructor at The University of California, Los Angles and began applying yoga principles and postures to athletic training programs. My goal is to get in shape, loose some weight and mainly get healthy. I didn't realize how out of shape i am I just did the basic which is pulse yoga volume 1. and man I'm going to have to keep doing that until i move on to level 2 because I'm wore out. I have always heard that you feel really good after a yoga class, don't get me wrong i love doing it. but i wore out. but i already know its because I'm so out of shape. but since i can't have anymore kids and my baby making days are over with mommy is going to get her body back and beauty is not easy. So i will update my readers on my journey as i take this course on improvement.
